Katelyn is a Principal on the Investment Team at Cloverlay. Prior to joining Cloverlay, Katelyn was with Ernst & Young’s Infrastructure Advisory (EYIA) practice where she provided advice to public sector clients seeking to advance the development and implementation of large-scale infrastructure projects. While at EYIA, Katelyn provided commercial and project delivery advice to Austin Transit Partnership, a newly established entity responsible for the financing, design, construction and overall implementation of Austin’s first light rail project, and Los Angeles International Airport, on the procurement of a private sector partner to modernize cargo facilities and operations. Prior to EYIA, Katelyn was an Associate on the Private Real Assets team at Aberdeen (formerly FLAG Capital) where she sourced and evaluated investment opportunities in private natural resources, infrastructure and real estate funds, co-investments and secondaries with a focus on emerging managers and lower middle market opportunities.
